In Norton Antivirus latest versions that do not scan
system volume information default
most of viruses are store at system volume information
now what you have to do for this
1.GO TO SETTINGS IN NORTON ANTIVIRUS
2.GO TO SCAN EXCLUSIONS
3.CLICK CONFIGURE AND REMOVE SYSTEM VOLUME INFORMATION
that's it now there will no more chance for virus to stay in your pc
