Open Blocked Command Prompt : 
       You may not have access to CMD @ school so follow the below steps to open CMD @ your School Computer.

1. Open Microsoft Text Document
2. Type Command.com
3. Save this file as CMD.bat
Make sure that u have to keep the file type as "All Files" when saving
4. Now just double click @ this created file and you Command Prompt will just open.

Creating Admin Account : 
        We will take help of Command Prompt to create a new Admin Account.

Follow these Below Steps :

1. In the command prompt type, net localgroup
This is used to find out what they call their admin group, It could be administrator or God or maybe anything (HackingUniversity), We will assume they use the default administrator.

2. So now you will type, net localgroup administrator HackingUniversity /ADD

3. Everything goes Successfully you will your own Administrators account.

Getting Past your Web Filters :

* Easy Way : The easiest way to get through any blocked website is to Google that website and instead of clicking directly on that link we will click the “ Cached “ Link right below that original link.
If you don’t know what does Cached means it’s a simple screenshot of that website which Google clicks @ their random times they could be old or may not be updated but they help you in entering that website easily so use this easy way to get into any website.

* Advanced Way : You can Ping that website and get its Ip Address in order to get pass through the web filters how to get the website Ip address is to Open the Command Prompt by going to Run and typing CMD or if its blocked than follow the above method to open it up.

1. After opening the Command Prompt just type Ping <space> website name and hit enter it will process the details and it will give you the Ip address of that website.

2. Now just go to Web Browser and type http://Ip Address now you will get through that website.

Warning: This will not work on most New Computers. If it does work you are doing this at your own risk.I am just revealing these old tricks that have worked in the “PAST”. If you want to do tricks like these on newer networks, or networks with better security, I recommend you build your own network and experiment.
